If you harbor resentment, jealousy, or hostility, you may find yourself surrounded by similar energies. This can strain relationships and hinder the development of positive connections. Never underestimate the power of influence. Not only will your negative energy lower other people’s vibrations or drive them away, you will also attract narcissists, victims or reactions from people that will keep you in victimhood. Another thing to consider is that a higher vibrational person can raise people’s energy and performance by at least 15%, but a lower vibrational person can lower people’s energy and performance by at least 30%. So if you find people avoiding you, do some personal inventory and see if you are so high vibrational that the wrong people are leaving your life or if you are emitting something that is causing the right people to leave because they are repelled by your negativity. Similarly, if you find yourself surrounded by negative people who impact your mood, thoughts, emotions, and behavior, perhaps it’s time to make some new friends and rid of the toxic ones.

  • Clarify Your Desires: Begin by clearly defining and visualizing your desires. Whether it's a career goal, improved relationships, or personal growth, specificity is key. The more vividly you can imagine your desired outcome, the more effectively you can align your energy with it. Once you identify what you want, write it down with a clear end date. Review your goals every day and determine what steps you need to take to make them a reality. Writing it down embeds it in your subconscious and reviewing it daily motivates your mind to find solutions.

  • Cultivate Positive Thoughts and Emotions: Actively cultivate positive thoughts and emotions related to your desires. Monitor your inner dialogue and replace negative self-talk with affirmations that support your goals. Engage in activities that bring you joy and gratitude, elevating your overall vibrational frequency. What you think and how you feel is one of the greatest determining factors in creating your reality. Your thoughts are the direction your path will take, but your emotions are the power that propels you there. Your emotions must match the positive thought. If they are in opposition, it will be like having one foot on the gas while the other foot is on the brake. You will go nowhere. If you want money or love, feel the gratitude and joy of already having it NOW, not the lack or the longing of it being out of reach.

Engage all your senses in the process, making the visualization as detailed and immersive as possible. Rehearsing what you want in your mind creates neuropathways in the brain that change what you think, how you feel, and how you act so that you are in alignment with successfully achieving a particular outcome like an athlete rehearsing a win, an actor or musician rehearsing an acceptance speech, marrying the love of your life.

So, ultimately, stay away from toxic places, people, food, activities, and environments, and don’t be so ignorant to think that you are strong enough to offset the damage. Don’t think you can wade through toxicity and not be tainted. Over time, your frequency will match who and what you spend the most time with.
